Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and NewSky88 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at newsky88.cam (the "Platform", "Site", "Service").

By accessing the Site, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the NewSky88 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms.

Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the NewSky88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your membership:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform. NewSky88 does not permit gambling by persons under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal where you reside or are currently located.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active NewSky88 Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using third-party identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
• Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and not under the influence of substances that impair your judgment when placing wagers.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement, either on the NewSky88 Platform or any other gambling platform where such restriction applies to this service.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services on the NewSky88 Platform, you are required to register an account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your Account access with any third party and to notify NewSky88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

NewSky88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including — but not limited to — a government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

NewSky88 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason, in its sole discretion, particularly where there are grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or where regulations require such refusal.

Terms of Use

By using the NewSky88 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss and that NewSky88 does not guarantee any outcome or return from wagers placed on the Platform.

All games and sports betting markets available on NewSky88 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software and independently verified odds systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and are not indicative of individual session outcomes.

You agree not to use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a third-party betting syndicate, operating software that automates betting decisions, or conducting any activity that could constitute Malicious Activity as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.

Deposits & Payment Methods

NewSky88 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available to Malaysian users, including but not limited to: FPX bank transfer, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank transfer, CIMB transfer, Public Bank transfer, Hong Leong Bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and select cryptocurrency channels including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or converted at the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction for cryptocurrency deposits. The Company does not charge deposit fees; however, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which remain your sole responsibility.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits made via cryptocurrency are subject to network confirmation requirements before funds are credited.
• Funds deposited into your Account are held exclusively for the purpose of wagering on the Platform.
• The Company reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of being fraudulent or associated with money laundering activity.
• Deposits made using third-party payment methods not registered in the Account holder's name may be declined and subject to enhanced verification.

Withdrawals

NewSky88 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Standard withdrawals via FPX or DuitNow are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to the processing times of the respective blockchain network.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. In the interest of security and anti-money-laundering compliance, the Company applies a policy of returning funds to the original deposit method where technically possible.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC identity verification prior to processing.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld pending investigation of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• The Company reserves the right to apply a processing fee to withdrawals in exceptional circumstances, which will be disclosed in advance.

Bonuses & Promotions

NewSky88 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable across all NewSky88 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible account holders aged 21 and above only.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated on each individual promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• NewSky88 reserves the right to cancel or amend any bonus if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or fraudulent activity.
• Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period; expired bonus funds will be removed from the Account automatically.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All wagers placed on the NewSky88 Platform are final once confirmed. NewSky88 shall not be liable for bets placed in error by the User, including incorrect selections, incorrect stake amounts, or misunderstood market terms. Users are encouraged to review all bet details carefully on the confirmation screen prior to submission.

Sports betting markets — including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and all other listed sporting events — are subject to their respective sport-specific betting rules. In-play (live) betting decisions are made in real time; the Company shall not be responsible for connectivity disruptions that affect a User's ability to place, amend, or cash out an in-play wager.

• NewSky88 reserves the right to void any wager placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a technical error or human error in the odds compilation process.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per day and are displayed in the betting interface.
• All casino game results are determined by certified RNG systems; the Company makes no representations regarding future game outcomes.
• In the event of a disputed result, the Company's decision shall be final and binding, subject to the formal complaints process set out in these Terms.

Responsible Gambling

NewSky88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. The Company recognises that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and takes its duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered members at no cost through the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum session durations. Automatic logout is triggered when the limit is reached.
• Loss Limits: Users may cap the maximum amount they can lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a temporary (30-day or 90-day) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the compliance team within one (1) hour of receipt.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Users of the duration and value of their current session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the NewSky88 Platform. Any User found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent stage of Account use.
• Operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place, modify, or cancel wagers without prior written approval from NewSky88.
• Exploiting software glitches, errors in published odds, or any technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or operating in concert with third parties to circumvent betting limits or extract value from promotional offers.
• Engaging in "bonus abuse" — defined as registering multiple accounts, using VPNs to simulate eligibility, or employing betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location.

Intellectual Property

All content on the NewSky88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, game content, graphics, text, design, databases, and user interface elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of NewSky88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. No other rights are granted. Specifically, Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of NewSky88.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NewSky88 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to any User for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds as a result of gambling outcomes, whether from skill, chance, or any combination thereof.
• Temporary or prolonged unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or Force Majeure events.
• Errors in odds, payouts, or game results that are promptly corrected upon detection.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to a User's Account resulting from the User's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including promotional materials, odds displays, or game descriptions.

Nothing in this clause limits NewSky88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Amendments to These Terms

NewSky88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, the Company will notify registered members by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by email to the registered address on record.

Continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account pursuant to the closure process described in Section 4. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NewSky88 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between NewSky88 and a User, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution, the decision of which shall be final and binding.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent harm.
